What is Taro?

Taro is an ancient root crop grown throughout the tropics and a culturally significant superfood in Hawaii, considered one of the most digestible forms of starch; rich in calcium, potassium, iron, and antioxidants.

How Often Do Your Flavors Change?

Our rotating tasting menu changes every Thursday. We source the ingredients for our glazes and toppings seasonally and locally.

Are Your Donuts Gluten-Free?

Our donuts are not gluten-free.

What Kind Of Oil Do You Use To Fry Your Donuts?
A.
We fry our donuts in 100% organic and sustainably-sourced coconut oil.

Are Your Donuts Vegan?
A.
Our menu is plant-based. We occasionally have donuts flavors on our tasting menu made with honey or bee pollen. Those flavors will always be labeled as such, but please check in with our team if you have dietary preferences.

Do Your Donuts Contain Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Or Soy?
A.
Our donuts do not contain dairy, soy, or eggs. Our dough does not contain nuts but is fried in 100% organic coconut oil.
Our rotating tasting menu does periodically feature the Acai Bowl donut, which has a peanut drizzle. The rest of our menu is peanut-free. The plant-based milk used in our drinks is a cashew-coconut which is prepared in the same facility as the donuts, but on separate equipment. Any nuts will be clearly labeled.

What Kind Of Coffee Do You Use?

In partnership with Coava Coffee Roasters in Portland, Oregon, we have developed a custom blend that pairs perfectly with our taro donuts. ‘Forbidden Fruit’ is masterfully crafted to be sinfully good. This is a fruit forward coffee with delicate notes of chocolate, blueberries and golden honey. Our blend contains Coava’s highest scoring coffees from Ethiopian and Colombian regions. It is available for purchase here.

What is "NITRO" Coffee?

Our nitrogenated coffee, featured in our Draft Coffee and Draft Latte beverages, is brewed hot using our Ground Control coffee extractor in an oxygen-free environment and then flash-chilled and infused with nitrogen immediately. This process enhances and protects the delicate nuance of flavors, resulting in a creamy, smooth mouthfeel.

Breaking Bread is a Holey Grail series bringing people together to create masterful donuts and conversation. These exclusive flavor collaborations are available for a limited time and may not be offered at all locations.

Can I Order In Advance?

We offer both online and app ordering options. We do not accept phone orders at any of our locations.

Do You Offer Delivery?
A.
Delivery is available through our app and online ordering systems within a 5-mile radius from our locations, excluding Kauai.

Do You Cater Events?

We cater events on a limited basis on Oahu and in Los Angeles. we also offer large order discounts, coffee carafes donuts and gf donut holes (per location). Please find online catering order links on our Locations Page or if you have special requests or questions view our Catering Request Page

Our concept centers around preparing and dipping our donuts fresh for every customer. We are unable to ship without compromising our product and experience.

How Do I Earn Rewards?

You can earn loyalty points with every purchase using our app or online ordering system. We do not currently offer loyalty points on in-store purchases. We have three tiers of rewards: Pilgrim (0-199 points), Crusader (200-499), and Eternal Youth (500+).
