Similar to potato donuts in Maine, we use the Hawaiian superfood taro as our donut base to support the growth of Hawaiian agriculture and help preserve this sacred indigenous food system with every delicious bite.
We cook our donuts in Fera fruit oil from Zero Acres. Fera fruit is a unique palm fruit that is rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, clean taste with an element of ‘stealth health’. Harvested from organic regenerative farms, its cultivation is deforestation free unlike traditional palm oils.
